Will-Burt Contract Manufacturing Division operates within a 180,000 square foot facility that is divided into (4) major work centers:
- Fabrication
- Machining
- Rapid Prototyping/Quick-Turn
- Security Products
These major work centers are further broken down into small cells (i.e. laser cutting, welding, milling, etc.) for further efficiency. Each cell is staffed with trained professionals that average over 15 years of service at Will-Burt; each able to handle multiple tasks within the cell. A talented, multifaceted work staff minimizes down time and insures quality specifications are met the first time around. The 97% on time fill rate, that Will-Burt's current major customers' experience, is also the result of using a seasoned, dedicated staff.
